Home Assistant Green is the official Home Assistant hub, built and supported by Nabu Casa, the team that develops Home Assistant. It comes with Home Assistant OS pre-installed: plug in the included power supply and Ethernet cable, and the app guides you through setup.
The small, fanless and completely silent design hides a quad-core processor, 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of eMMC storage, enough to control hundreds of devices. Your home's data stays local, on the Green, and power consumption is just a few watts.

Frequently asked questions
Does it have built-in Zigbee or Thread?
No. For Zigbee or Thread devices you add a USB adapter, for example Home Assistant Connect ZBT-2. For Z-Wave there is Home Assistant Connect ZWA-2.
Does it work without the internet?
Yes. Home Assistant keeps your data local, and you can control your home even when the internet is down. The Home Assistant Cloud subscription is optional, recommended for remote access and integration with Google Home and Alexa.
Does it have Wi-Fi?
No. The Green connects to your router via the included Gigabit Ethernet cable, for a stable connection.
