Open box Pack of 2 relays Shelly Mini 1 GEN3, 1 channel, 8A

What does "open box" mean?

Open-box products are returned products with opened or damaged packaging, but fully checked from a technical point of view and completely functional. They come with the same warranty as new products.

Shelly 1 Mini Gen3 x2 is a pack of two compact WiFi relay modules with potential-free contacts, designed for remote control of electrical appliances in places with limited space, such as behind existing switches or sockets. Each module supports up to 8A at 240V AC or 5A at 30V DC, covering a wide range of residential applications.

The devices support the Matter protocol, which makes them automatically compatible with most smart home ecosystems, plus WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2 for quick setup and BLE integration. The improved processor and larger memory compared with previous generations deliver better performance and greater operating stability.

The two-piece pack is ideal for installers or users who want to equip two control points in the home at the same time, for example two different rooms, at a better cost per unit than buying them individually.

Practical use cases

• Mounted behind a conventional wall switch, it turns a room's lighting into a circuit controlled from the app, by voice command or automatically, without replacing the existing switch.
• Installed on the circuit of a recirculation pump or an electric water heater, it allows remote switching on/off and scheduling of operating hours to save energy.
• Integrated into a home automation system, it can automatically switch off sockets or lighting when the whole family leaves home, based on geolocation from the app.
• Used in an electrical panel to control outdoor lighting, it can be scheduled to switch on automatically at sunset and switch off in the morning.
