What does "open box" mean?

Open-box products are returned products with opened or damaged packaging, but fully checked from a technical point of view and completely functional. They come with the same warranty as new products.

Shelly BLU TRV 2-pack contains 2 smart radiator thermostatic heads, together with a Shelly BLU Gateway Gen3, providing everything needed to turn multi-room heating into a complete smart system. Each head offers precise temperature control, with an accuracy of ±0.1°C, and can operate automatically (based on the target temperature) or manually, by directly adjusting the valve opening percentage.

The gateway included in the pack connects both heads to the WiFi network and integrates them into the Shelly Smart Control app, allowing each room to be scheduled individually by time slot and day of the week. It is the ideal solution for anyone who wants to automate heating in several rooms at once, with a single complete purchase.

Each head is powered by two AA batteries, with an estimated battery life of 1 to 2 years, and fits easily on most radiators with a standard thermostatic valve in Europe, thanks to the nickel-plated brass M30x1.5 mounting ring.

Please note: Shelly BLU TRV communicates via Bluetooth; the Shelly BLU Gateway Gen3 is included in this pack and is required for integration into the Shelly Smart Control app and into automations.
