What does "open box" mean?

Open-box products are returned products with opened or damaged packaging, but fully checked from a technical point of view and completely functional. They come with the same warranty as new products.

This pack contains 4 units of Shelly 1 Gen4, a single-channel smart relay module with a 16A dry contact, designed for installation behind wall switches or in junction boxes. Each unit works independently and can control lighting, sockets, gate motors or other standard electrical loads.

The device offers multi-protocol connectivity: WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0 and Zigbee 3.0, with native Matter support, allowing direct integration into most smart home ecosystems. It also works as a Bluetooth gateway for nearby Shelly BLU devices, extending network coverage without additional equipment.

It supports both dry and wet contacts, making it suitable for controlling garage doors, roller shutter motors or electrical installations where you want to keep the existing mechanical switch. The flexible power supply (110-240VAC or 24-48VDC) also allows use in low-voltage applications. Buying a pack of 4 reduces the cost per unit for projects with several circuits to automate.

Note: installation must be carried out by qualified personnel, as the devices work with mains voltage; each unit in the pack must be configured separately in the app after installation.
