What does "open box" mean?

Open-box products are returned products with opened or damaged packaging, but fully checked from a technical point of view and completely functional. They come with the same warranty as new products.

Shelly Wall switch 1 is the physical button designed to control a Shelly relay mounted in a wall box or in the electrical panel, working both as a conventional manual switch and as a control element for smart automations. The black version suits interiors with dark accents and complements the Shelly Wall frame 1 for a finished installation, just like a traditional switch. The button can be used for simple on/off or for dimming, depending on the relay it is connected to, and manual control remains available at all times, whether or not the app automations are active.
