What does "open box" mean?

Open-box products are returned products with opened or damaged packaging, but fully checked from a technical point of view and completely functional. They come with the same warranty as new products.

Shelly Wall switch 2 is the physical two-position button designed to control a Shelly relay installed in a wall box or electrical panel, working both as a classic manual switch and as a control element for smart automations. It comes with three different detachable brackets, compatible with Shelly 2.5, the entire Shelly Plus range, Shelly 1/1PM/2PM/i4/Dimmer/DALI Dimmer Gen3, Shelly 1/1PM Gen4 and Shelly 1L/Dimmer 2, making it compatible with most relays in the Shelly portfolio.

The black version suits interiors with dark accents and complements the Shelly Wall frame 2 for a finished installation, just like a traditional double switch. The two positions can be used for 2-way on/off control, dimming and brightening, controlling an electric roller shutter or activating scenes, depending on the relay they are connected to.
