Shelly 1PM Mini Gen3 is the smallest Wi-Fi smart relay with power metering in the Shelly range, suitable for controlling and monitoring the consumption of lights, electrical appliances and other devices of up to 8 A. It connects directly to the Wi-Fi network and is added quickly via Bluetooth, with no hub.
Its compact size allows installation in standard wall boxes, behind sockets and switches, or even inside household appliances. Unlike the basic Shelly 1 Mini Gen3, this model measures power consumption in real time and offers free cloud storage for analysing historical data.
Shelly 1PM Mini Gen3 supports schedules, scenes, local actions, advanced scripting via mJS, HTTPS, MQTTS, WebSockets and KNXnet/IP support. It has built-in protection against overheating, overvoltage, overcurrent and overload, plus a Wi-Fi range extender function and a Bluetooth gateway for Shelly BLU accessories.
In practice, Shelly 1PM Mini Gen3 is useful for monitoring the consumption of a small electric heater, a coffee machine or a robot vacuum, and also for identifying appliances that waste energy in standby, helping to reduce the monthly electricity bill.
