What does "open box" mean?

Open-box products are returned products with opened or damaged packaging, but fully checked from a technical point of view and completely functional. They come with the same warranty as new products.

Shelly Pro 1PM takes all the strengths of the Pro 1 - DIN rail mounting, 16A dry contact - and adds precision energy consumption metering. Every switching action comes with power, voltage, current and power factor readings, available in real time in the Shelly app or via the API, turning a simple relay into a consumption monitoring tool for any circuit in the home or office.

Like the rest of the Pro series, it communicates simultaneously over Wi-Fi, wired Ethernet and Bluetooth, a combination that is especially useful in metal electrical panels where the wireless signal is attenuated. Built-in overvoltage, overcurrent and overheating protection adds extra safety for loads that stay connected for long periods, such as pumps, water heaters or light industrial equipment.
