What does "open box" mean?

Open-box products are returned products with opened or damaged packaging, but fully checked from a technical point of view and completely functional. They come with the same warranty as new products.

Shelly BLU TRV is a smart thermostatic radiator head with Bluetooth and Zigbee connectivity, which turns any classic radiator with a thermostatic valve into a smart device controlled from the app. It offers precise temperature control, with an accuracy of ±0.1°C, and can operate both in automatic mode (based on the target temperature) and in manual mode, by directly adjusting the valve opening percentage.

It is powered by two AA batteries, with an estimated battery life of 1 to 2 years depending on use, and can be controlled either directly from the device's physical dial or from a phone, tablet or computer. The nickel-plated brass mounting ring (M30x1.5) makes it compatible with most radiators with a standard thermostatic valve in Europe.

Once connected through a Shelly BLU Gateway Gen3, it can be integrated into smart heating scenes and scheduled by time slots and days of the week, helping to reduce heating energy consumption without compromising thermal comfort.

Attention: The Shelly BLU TRV communicates over Bluetooth and requires a Shelly BLU Gateway (Gen3) to be integrated into the Shelly Smart Control app and into automations.
