The Aqara Door and Window Sensor T1 detects whether doors and windows are open or closed from the distance between the sensor unit and the magnet. It has minimal power consumption and is extremely easy to install – just stick it where you want it, no tools needed.

  Once connected to an Aqara hub, the sensor can be integrated with third-party platforms such as Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, Google Home and even Matter. It also integrates natively with Samsung SmartThings and Yandex Smart Home.

  You can trigger scenes or automations. For example, when you open the door in the evening, the sensor sends a signal to the Aqara wall switch to turn on the lights. However late you get home, the lights will switch on automatically.
