Pack of 5 smart plugs Shelly Plug S Gen3 White – WiFi, Matter, energy monitoring

The Shelly Plug S Gen3 MTR White, pack of 5, is a WiFi smart plug with power metering and overheating protection, among the first Shelly devices with native Matter support. Each plug in the pack works independently and can be controlled remotely by phone, tablet or the home automation system.

Matter support allows direct integration into almost any modern smart home ecosystem, without additional adapters or bridges, being compatible with Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings and other Matter-certified platforms. Each plug can be configured individually after installation, with its own name and its own automations.

The built-in timer and locally saved schedules allow an appliance left on to be switched off automatically after a set interval, and power metering gives visibility into the consumption of each connected appliance. The pack of 5 is ideal for fully equipping a home with smart plugs, at a more advantageous cost per unit than buying them individually.

Note: each plug in the pack must be configured separately in the Shelly app after connecting it to the WiFi network or to a compatible Matter controller.

Practical use cases

• Connected to a floor or desk lamp, it lets you switch it on and off remotely or on a schedule, with no changes to the electrical installation.
• Used for a charger, a travel kettle or other appliances that should not be left plugged in permanently, with scheduled automatic switch-off.
• Useful for simulating presence in the home during holidays, switching electrical appliances on and off on a random schedule.
• Monitors the consumption of the connected appliance, giving a clear estimate of the monthly running cost.
