Note: In Zigbee mode, this product requires a compatible Aqara hub (e.g. Aqara Hub / Aqara Hub E1 / Aqara Hub M2 / Aqara Hub M3) to be connected to the network and controlled from the app. In Thread mode it connects directly to Matter-compatible ecosystems (Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa), without an Aqara hub, via their Matter controller and Thread Border Router. It does not work independently over WiFi.
