Shelly GAS AddOn Manipulator

Shelly GAS Add-On Manipulator is a motorised actuator designed to work together with Shelly Gas sensors (CNG or LPG), providing automatic physical closing of the gas valve if a leak is detected. In practice, it turns a simple gas alarm into a complete safety system that not only raises the alert but also shuts off the gas supply.

It connects by cable directly to the Shelly Gas sensor and is mounted on a valve operated through 90 degrees, automatically turning the valve lever to cut off the supply as soon as the sensor detects a dangerous concentration of gas in the air. The torque is sufficient for most standard gas valves used in residential installations.

It is recommended for kitchens, boiler rooms or commercial premises where full automation of gas leak protection is required, with no manual intervention when danger is detected, significantly reducing the risk of gas build-up from an unattended leak.

Please note: the device includes a manual release mechanism, operated by pulling the safety pin at the base, for power cuts when manual operation of the valve is needed.

• Mounted on the gas valve of the boiler and connected by cable to the Shelly Gas sensor, it automatically shuts off the supply when the sensor detects a leak.
• Installed in the kitchen, on the cooker supply valve, it turns the Shelly Gas sensor alarm into a physical gas shut-off, without manual intervention.
• Used in commercial spaces with gas appliances, it fully automates protection against unattended leaks.
• During a power cut, the valve can be operated manually after pulling out the safety pin at the base.
