Shelly Leak Sensor Cable – Leak detection cable for Flood Gen4

The Shelly Leak Sensor Cable is a leak detection cable designed as an accessory for the Shelly Flood Gen4 sensor, extending the water detection range to larger areas or to places that are hard for the main sensor to reach. The cable connects directly to the Flood Gen4 and works on the same principle of detection through electrical contact with water.

It is useful in large bathrooms, laundry rooms, basements or plant rooms where the source of a possible leak (washing machine, water heater, main pipe) is not right next to where the Flood Gen4 sensor is mounted, allowing the monitored area to be extended without the need for a second complete sensor.

Installation is simple: the cable can be laid along the floor, around the base of appliances or in low areas where water would collect first in the event of a leak, providing an early warning through the Shelly app.

Note: this cable is compatible only with the Shelly Flood Gen4 and does not work as a standalone sensor; you must own a Flood Gen4 device to use it.

• Placed on the floor, next to the washing machine, water heater or under the sink, it detects water leaks and sends an instant alert, preventing major damage.
• Combined with a smart solenoid valve, it can automatically shut off the home's water supply as soon as a leak is detected.
