Shelly Wave Dimmer (2025) LR – Smart dimmer Z-Wave 800, Long Range, 200W, no neutral

Shelly Wave Dimmer (2025) LR is a Z-Wave 800 smart dimmer that offers fine control of light intensity for light fittings of up to 200W, with Long Range technology for extended coverage from the hub. It works both with and without a neutral wire, using trailing-edge dimming.

Coverage in a standard Z-Wave mesh network is up to 40m indoors, while Long Range mode extends the range to 80m indoors and 100m line of sight outdoors, offering flexibility for installations where the dimmer is far from the central controller. The device supports both network topologies, mesh and Long Range star.

It includes protection against overheating, overcurrent and overvoltage, as well as smart scheduling functions and a night mode, which allow the dimming behaviour to be adjusted automatically depending on the time of day or activity in the home. Its small size (37x42x16mm) allows mounting in standard wall boxes.

Please note: installation must be carried out by qualified personnel, and operation requires a compatible Z-Wave hub; a compatible Z-Wave LR receiver is required for Long Range coverage.
