The Camera Hub G5 Pro is an outdoor/indoor camera with True Colour Night Vision that takes image quality and local recognition to the next level. Compared to the competition, it's designed to extend your smart home system with built-in hub functionality. It's also available in Power over Ethernet and Wi-Fi versions for unrivalled stability and flexibility, offering End-to-End encryption for maximum security, as well as full support for smart home ecosystems: HomeKit Secure Video, Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Matter support.

• To use the device with a specific Matter ecosystem, a Matter Controller specific to that ecosystem is required.
• The 8GB version is rated for 6-7 hours; the 32GB version is rated for 24-28 hours of event-based recording.

  The G5 Pro features Matter Controller, Matter Bridge and Thread Border Router functionality while acting as a mesh repeater, improving device interoperability and adapting to the latest smart home ecosystem standards. It can connect to all Aqara Zigbee and Thread devices, as well as third-party Matter devices. So you can integrate local automations and connect them to Matter* ecosystems such as Apple Home, Alexa, Google Home, etc.

• 7-in-1 AI Visual Local + 4-in-1 AI Audio:
  Thanks to the built-in Neural Processing Unit (NPU), two different AI detection settings are available simultaneously.

• Visual Detection:
  The G5 can recognise faces (Face Detection), individual vehicles (Vehicle Recognition), people entering its field of view (Human Detection) and distinguish whether they are lingering (Lingering Detection). It also offers Animal Detection, Lens Obstruction Detection and Parcel Detection, and can also protect deliveries.

• Audio Detection:
  It not only sees, it hears. Listen for sounds like babies crying, alarms, barking and coughing. This feature lets you record key events and trigger automations even when disconnected from the internet. These detections can trigger a wide range of automations with other smart home devices, increasing the intelligence and reliability of your system.

• True Full Colour Night Vision Premium:
  The G5 benefits from a next-generation True Full Colour Night Vision True Colour recording system, powered by a 1/1.8" graphene-cooled sensor, delivering HD clarity in low-light conditions.

• Exceptional Image Quality:
  The G5 represents a major leap forward in image quality: 2.6K resolution (Quad HD 2688×1520), up to 133° field of view, and the largest f/1.0 aperture ever, which can capture up to 4x more light compared to f/2.0 lenses, resulting in superior sharpness and increased dynamic contrast. It also features a powerful built-in headlamp, allowing you to set automation to illuminate and intimidate potential intruders.

• Prioritising Privacy and Security:
  The first TCNV camera compatible with Apple HomeKit Secure Video: the camera is fully compatible with HomeKit Secure Video. The G5 is our first camera to include built-in encrypted eMMC storage that can be backed up to a local NAS as well as the Aqara and Apple clouds. It's also the first Aqara camera to support End-to-End encryption: recordings are fully protected and access is restricted to you and your family only.

• Superior Dual-Band Wi-Fi connectivity:
  The G5 Pro (Wi-Fi) incorporates a 2.4/5GHz dual-band Wi-Fi module for enhanced compatibility and reduced interference, and supports the WPA3 standard for maximum security. For power, the G5 Pro (Wi-Fi) utilises a 5V2A USB-C port, increasing flexibility by making it easy to find a cable of the desired length.

  The G5 has IP65 water and dust protection and can be used both indoors and outdoors, even in very cold temperatures (down to -30°C / -22°F), protecting your home even in the coldest winters.

• RTSP support:
  Supports RTSP streaming protocol for stable LAN connections with third-party clients, including support for Home Assistant live streaming. It's also compatible with RTSP video servers and devices, and can stream to Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings, and Home Assistant.

• Multiple Installation Methods:
  The included rotating bracket allows for secure screw mounting to walls, ceilings or tabletop placement. Can be replaced with any standard 1/4 thread screw.

• Speaker:
  Features an integrated 100 dB speaker that supports custom tones and can be used as a loud siren or for two-way communication. *100 dB sound level is measured at a distance of 10 cm.

• Correlated Events and Extended Automations:
  All Aqara sensors can be tagged on the video timeline, allowing fast rewinding to a specific event for more efficient analysis.

• Extended Timelapse:
  Allows recording extended timelapse videos, useful for analysing environmental changes or accelerating events.

• Privacy Masking:
  You can forcibly exclude certain areas of the frame to protect privacy in recordings.

• Anti-Theft Protection:
  You will receive notifications if someone tries to record the camera on another account, and access will be automatically restricted. (Limitation: cameras can still be added to Apple Home even if stolen.)

• Advanced Automations:
  Triggers and actions from sub-devices can be linked to camera recordings, enriching the types of events captured and allowing quick retrieval and playback on the video timeline.
