The Aqara Dimmer Switch H2 EU is a multifunctional smart rotary switch designed for extended compatibility and maximum convenience. It supports both Zigbee and Matter over Thread protocols for seamless integration with third-party ecosystems. It operates with or without null wire and is compatible with a variety of luminaires: incandescent, halogen, dimmable LED and CFL. Allows dimming mode switching depending on load type for stable and efficient operation.

The switch offers dual support:

  • Thread mode: no Aqara hub required to connect to Matter ecosystems (e.g. Apple, Google, Alexa).

  • Zigbee mode: unlocks Aqara exclusive features such as MARS-Tech, power monitoring and fine control.

🔌 Easy installation with or without null wire
Whether your home has null wire or not, the switch is compatible:

  • No wiring modifications required.

  • With null wire: activates overload protection and consumption monitoring.

🎛️ Multi-function rotary switch

  • Press: on/off.

  • Turn: fine adjustment between 1% - 100%.

  • Adjustable transition time between 0 - 10 seconds.

  • Customisable rotation sensitivity.

    Default Mode: Trailing Edge Dimming (most stable method for most sources).

Via Zigbee connection and null wire, the switch can:

  • Monitor consumption daily/weekly/monthly.
