Jack Splitter 3.5 mm (1 to 5) – Extension Accessory for Shelly The Pill, Multi-Point Monitoring

The 3.5 mm Jack Splitter (1 to 5) is an extension accessory for The Pill by Shelly that allows up to five DS18B20 temperature sensors to be connected on the same 1-Wire bus through a single 3.5mm jack port. It is the ideal solution for monitoring several temperature points simultaneously from a single central location.

Installation is plug and play: the splitter connects directly to the sensor port on The Pill, and each of the five outputs accepts an individual DS18B20 sensor. This configuration is useful for monitoring temperature in several zones of a cold room, a greenhouse or a technical rack, with no need for additional modules.

Each DS18B20 sensor connected through the splitter sends independent data to The Pill, which centralises it and makes it available via the cloud, MQTT or local automations, giving a complete picture of the temperatures at all monitored points.

Warning: the splitter requires a working The Pill by Shelly module and compatible DS18B20 sensors, which are sold separately; it contains no electronics of its own, being a simple 1-Wire bus distributor.
