In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679), WIFIShop is required to manage the personal data you provide securely and only for the specified purposes.
The wifishop.ro website is operated by Xtreme Solutions S.R.L., with its registered office at Str. 1 Mai nr. 39, Otopeni, Ilfov, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2020003593233, VAT number RO42927488.
Xtreme Solutions S.R.L. is the controller of the personal data that you (the data subject) provide to us.
Why we need your data
We need your personal data to provide our services, for the following purposes:
- processing orders and supplying the requested products and services;
- evaluating the products and services we provide to you;
- access to the website's features as a registered user;
- administration of the website;
- analysing and improving the website, our commercial offer and our advertising;
- participation in contests and promotions;
- sending non-commercial or administrative messages (about changes to the website, your user account etc.);
- sending offers, promotions and marketing messages about WIFIShop's activity, if you have given your consent.
What we do with the data
We may share your personal data with companies we work with (for example couriers, the payment processor, the store platform provider), only under a confidentiality commitment from them and only for the purposes set out in this document. Information requested for online payments is subject to the payment processor's terms; WIFIShop does not request or store any details of your card.
Some services used on the website, for example Google Analytics and Google Ads, may also process data outside the European Union, under the conditions set by these providers.
We will disclose information where justified to protect ourselves against fraud or to defend our rights or property. We may also be required to disclose your information to respond to lawful requests from authorities.
How long we keep the data
We keep your information for as long as the law requires. If there is no legal requirement, we keep it only as long as necessary to provide our services. By sending a request to contact@wifishop.ro or through your user account options, you can ask for your account to be closed and your data to be deleted or anonymised.
Data held for marketing purposes is kept until you tell us you no longer wish to receive such communications.
Personalised advertising
We may use data collected through cookies and similar technologies to show you personalised ads based on your browsing behaviour. This data may include:
- pages visited;
- products viewed;
- interaction with the website.
