Delivery and shipping information
WIFIShop offers the following delivery methods for your orders:
1. Delivery in Romania
Home delivery (express courier): 1 - 2 working days — 19,99 RON
Delivery to Easybox (Sameday): 1 - 2 working days — 12,99 RON
Personal pickup from our office: Șoseaua București-Târgoviște nr. 11A, sector 1, Bucharest. Select the “Ridicare de la Sediu” (pickup) method at checkout.
Cash on delivery fee: for orders paid on delivery (to the courier, or cash/card at the locker), an additional fee of 5,00 RON applies.
We deliver only to European Union countries.
2. Delivery in the European Union (EU)
Deliveries are made by FedEx or UPS.

Returns
Consumers (natural persons) may return products within 14 calendar days of receipt. Companies may return only products delivered in error or with manufacturing defects. The full conditions are on the Return Policy page.
