In order to benefit from the warranty, the consumer has the obligation to comply with the attached instructions for use and not to allow interventions on the product by persons other than those authorized to provide service.
The product warranty does not cover the accessories, consumables, as well as the breakable parts of the product (case, etc.) or the various defects that may appear as a result of transporting the products, falling or hitting them, electric discharges or voltage variations from the network, or in the case of connecting to a network with inadequate voltage, etc.
The product warranty does not cover the lack of an accessory or any part of the product found after its purchase.
The consumer has the obligation to present the warranty certificate and the invoice (purchase receipt) when preparing the complaint regarding the product failure.
The conditions under which the product loses its warranty
1. Failure to present the receipt/invoice for the purchase of the product accompanied by this warranty certificate when requesting repair.
2. Failure by the buyer to comply with the transport, handling, installation, use and maintenance conditions specified in the brochures and instructions accompanying the product upon delivery and of which the consumer has become aware.
3. When entrusting the product, to be repaired, to other unauthorized persons/companies, or with repairs carried out by unauthorized persons and changes made to the products and accessories.
4. In the event that corrections were made to this warranty certificate by other than authorized persons.
5. In the case of products used for a different purpose/working regime than the domestic one.
IMPORTANT
Improper repairs carried out on the device can affect its security and cause irreparable defects. To avoid these situations, we recommend carrying out any repairs/checks exclusively at authorized centers and presented in this certificate.

3. During the warranty period, the service unit will repair or replace the product, as the case may be.
4. The warranty period is extended by the time it takes to repair the object.
5. The repair or replacement of the products will be carried out according to the legal provisions within a reasonable period of time (15 days)
