According to the legislation in force, any customer has the opportunity to return the purchased products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the order, except for products that expire quickly or deteriorate easily, in this case food or cosmetics.
However, we have chosen to offer you the possibility to return WiFiShop products within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, as long as they have been stored properly, are sealed and have the packaging intact.

The return of the products is done by courier, but not before requesting the return and receiving acceptance from us.
The customer has the obligation to bear the return costs. If the product is defective from the factory, the costs will be borne by us.
Shipping costs are NOT covered by WifiShop.
Return costs are borne by the consumer. DO NOT send parcels through the ROMANIAN POST. Parcels sent by POSTA ROMANA will not be picked up. Parcels sent by fast courier are delivered to the headquarters. Parcels are not returned with a refund or payment of transport to the recipient, otherwise WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE PARCEL!!!
All the products you return must be in the same condition in which they were received and in the original packaging, accompanied by the original labels, intact and all the documents with which they were delivered.
We cannot accept products on which unauthorized interventions have been carried out or which have been damaged by the customer: they have damaged or incomplete packaging, traces of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, shocks, mechanical / electrical shocks; also, we cannot accept products that are not accompanied by all accessories.
We reserve the right to carry out a technical examination at the time of receiving the product from the customer, which will evaluate the product and check if it has undergone other changes (scratched, broken, incomplete, etc.), regardless of the nature for which it was manufactured. According to GEO34/2014, the professional will reduce the price of the product, this price reduction will be sent to the email/correspondence address indicated by the customer. After its confirmation, the tax return document will be issued and the related amount will be transferred or another product will be delivered according to the customer's choice.
Reimbursement will be made by transfer to the bank account provided unambiguously by the consumer. The repayment obligation is fulfilled within 14 calendar days from the date on which the return request was received by the seller.
For orders paid online with a bank card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.
