Method of delivery
For the security of a quality service, we opted for delivery through the express courier company DHL.
Upon receipt of the parcel, please check the integrity of the packaging, as well as the existence of the certificate and the tax invoice.
Mentions regarding possible problems regarding the integrity/content of some parcels can be made at the time of delivery on the AWB (reception form specific to the courier company) or a statement of findings is drawn up, the receipt and payment of the parcel is refused.
Any subsequent complaints regarding these aspects are null and void.
Delivery date
In the case of products in stock, the standard delivery term is up to 48 hours from the date of placing the order for addresses located within the county residences. This term is valid for working days. If the products are in stock and the order was placed
before 12 o'clock, we will do our best to get the products to you within 24 hours of placing the order.
For addresses located outside the county residences (rural areas), delivery may take 2-3 working days depending on the routes established independently by each courier company.
If the ordered products are not in stock, you will be notified of a new delivery date.
In any of the situations described above, you will be contacted by a representative of the sales department to confirm the order and communicate the delivery date.
The cost of delivery
For orders up to 2kg with home delivery, the delivery cost is 25 EUR for EU.
Special situations
The delivery term may suffer delays, in situations arising independently of the participation of https://www.wifishop.ro or the courier company, such as: unfavorable weather conditions, accidents or road blocks. In all these cases, a representative of the sales department will notify you of a new delivery date.
