If you bought WiFi solutions from www.wifishop.ro and you need technical support, please fill out the form below. After completing this form, you will be contacted by phone within a maximum of 48 hours (on working days) by a WifiShop consultant who will inform you of the next steps.
- The technical support does not involve the step-by-step installation of the equipment, but is offered to help you with information in case you encounter installation problems.
- Technical support is provided only for the software part. We cannot help you make electrical connections or mechanical assemblies. For these you must contact a specialized technician.
- Free technical support is offered only for the first installation.
- If you have a router received for free from a telephone operator, it is more than likely blocked for configuration. In this case, you must purchase a router.
- Technical support can be provided within the limits of availability.
Technical support is offered only if all the equipment used in the system is purchased from our offer.
For technical support you must have minimal computer skills.
- You must know how to copy a program and install it from the Internet.
- You must know how to grant access to a program in the FIREWALL
- You must know the password from the router on which the installation is done.
In order to provide technical support, it may be necessary to run a program on your computer, which will establish the remote connection and give our operator access to your computer and subsequently to the equipment provided. This does not affect in any way the security of your data on the computer on which the access is made. Access can only be achieved with your consent and only with connection security data. The first step is to download the free application for remote assistance:
• AnyDesk: remote desktop application.
After downloading the application, you need to tell us your ID by phone, the one on the left, then you have to click on accept.
At this moment, the WifiShop technician will have remote access to your computer in order to make the necessary settings for the correct operation of the system. After finishing the settings, our operator will close the secure access session on your computer, and you can choose to delete the application.
