The Aqara Camera Hub G5 Pro is an outdoor/indoor camera with True Color Night Vision that pushes image quality and local recognition to the limits. Compared to the competition, it is designed to extend your smart home setup by utilizing its built-in hub functionality. It is available in both Power over Ethernet and Wi‑Fi versions for rock-solid stability and flexibility, featuring End-to‑End encryption for maximum security, as well as comprehensive smart home ecosystem support including HomeKit Secure Video, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Matter.

Warning: This item is the POE version. It does not include WI-FI. This version comes with 32GB eMMC.

• To use the device with a specific Matter ecosystem, a Matter Controller for that ecosystem is required.
• The 8GB version is rated for 6–7 hours; the 32GB version is rated for 24–28 hours of event-based recording.

  Thanks to the built-in Neural Processing Unit (NPU), the camera supports two different AI detection modes simultaneously.

• Visual Detection:
  The G5 Pro can recognize faces (Face Detection), individual vehicles (Vehicle Recognition), and people entering its field of view (Human Detection), and it can distinguish if they are lingering (Lingering Detection). It also provides Animal Detection, Lens Obstruction Detection, and Package Detection, which can help protect your deliveries.

  Not only does it see, but it also hears. It listens for sounds such as a baby crying, alarms, barking, and coughing. This feature enables you to record key events and trigger automations even during an internet outage. It is our first camera that includes built-in encrypted eMMC storage, which can be backed up to a local NAS as well as to the Aqara and Apple clouds. • Multiple Installation Methods:
  The included rotatable stand allows for secure screw mounting on walls, ceilings, or table placement. It can be replaced with any standard 1/4 threaded screw.
